With a higher grade of steel for better wear and v-crease for better fit, this shoe provides the perfect solution for farriers who want the best results at a competitive price. This shoe features sole relief, excellent nail hole placement (including the heel nail) and a crisp rim for better traction.

We have very low stock remaining in sizes 2-3 and will let you know when it is depleted. We recommend the Kerckhaert Dura Plain as the best replacement for the Ranger Plain. In addition to having all of the same great features as the Ranger Plain, the Kerckhaert Dura Plain features tapered heels and an inner edge bevel, saving the farrier time at the grinder. This is a popular feature with farriers. The Kerckhaert Standard Max is also a good alternative to this shoe.
