The new 9” Diamond Pad Shears easily cut and shape all hoof pad materials such as leather, hard plastic and soft plastic. The teeth on cutting surface grip material to prevent slippage while cutting and the handle is spring-loaded for easy, 1-handed operation. Locking mechanism on base of the handle makes for easy storage. German made from high quality steel.
