Kerckhaert Kings Plate XT
The toe grab of the XT is 2mm above the surface of the shoe. This provides some traction and additional wear, without creating stress on the limb. It is allowed on many track surfaces in North America and has become the most popular front shoe toe grab for Thoroughbred racehorses. The XT also comes in hind shoes and is commonly used for turf or synthetic surfaces only on the hind.
